Sponsorship Opportunities for WSI's Annual Exhibits

Whether you are a patron of the arts, or a business seeking to reach thousands of potential customers, you may be interested in sponsoring WSI's annual exhibits. Each sponsorship allows WSI to offer Indiana artists more opportunities, award watercolor artists prize money, and fulfill its mission to educate Indiana residents about the discipline of the watercolor medium. Admission to WSI exhibits is always free. Thousands of tourists who visit these galleryies get to enjoy the beauty of this medium while Indiana watercolor artists get the recognition they deserve. Thank you for your support! 


WSI Membership Exhibit – April 18 to May 29, 2026, at TThe Stutz, 1060 N. Capitol Ave., Indianapolis, IN, 46202.

SPONSOR PACKAGE 1 - $300


  • Name or logo on promotional postcards and posters distributed to artists, sponsors, at WSI events, and in the community.
  • Name or logo in press releases sent to local and regional news outlets, and art organizations.
  • WSI Membership Benefits including a listing in the WSI Membership Directory with photo and link.
  • Name or logo with a link to your website on the Membership Exhibit event page on www.watercolorsocietyofindiana.org.
  • Inclusion on the Facebook event page of the Watercolor Society of Indiana.
  • Name or logo with a link to your website in an email sent to approximately 500 WSI Members and Contacts.
  • Social media mentions, tags, links, and offers to collaborate with WSI online.
  • Opportunity to meet the artists & guests at the Opening Reception at The Stutz on April 18, 2026 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
  • Purchase online: WSI Store or mail 2026 WSI Sponsorships.


WSI Juried Exhibit – September 4 to October 31, 2026, at Newfields IMA, 4000 N. Michigan, Indianapolis, IN 46208. 

SPONSOR PACKAGE 2 - $300. 


  • Name, logo or 2" x 3" ad in the Juried Exhibit full-color catalog which is given to over 260 WSI Members and is on display inside the Bret Waller Gallery at Newfields for the entire run of the show. Download full-color copies of past catalogs here: Juried Exhibit
  • WSI Membership Benefits including a listing in the WSI Membership Directory with photo and link.
  • Name or logo and link to a website on the Juried Exhibit Event page on www.watercolorsocietyofindiana.org.
  • Inclusion on the Facebook event page of the Watercolor Society of Indiana.
  • Name or logo with a link to a website in an email sent to approximately 500 WSI Members and Contacts.
  • Social media mentions, tags, links, and offers to collaborate with WSI online.
  • Opportunity to meet the artists & guests and be introduced onstage at the Opening Reception & Award Ceremony at Newfields on September 6, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

SPONSOR PACKAGE 3 - $550 


Save $50 and receive all of the listed benefits by sponsoring both the Membership Exhibit at the Eiteljorg Museum and the Juried Exhibit at Newfields Indianapolis Museum of Art.
