Sponsorship Opportunities for WSI's Annual Exhibits

Whether you are a patron of the arts, or a business seeking to reach hundreds of potential customers, you may be interested in sponsoring WSI's annual exhibits.  WSI Executive Director Tanya Roberts will work with you in getting your sponsorship package fulfilled. Each sponsorship allows WSI to continue to grow, offer artists opportunities, award artists prize money, and fulfill its mission to educate Indiana residents about the discipline of the watercolor medium. Thank you for your support! 

WSI Membership Exhibit June 14 to July 26, 2024. Gallery Forty-Two, 42 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46204. Sponsor Package 1 - $300. NO LONGER AVAILABLE

  • Company name/logo on postcards. Over 200, mailed to a targeted list, provided to artists, and on display in the gallery.
  • Company name/logo on the sidewalk poster that resides outside Gallery Forty-Two during open hours for the entire run of the show.
  • Company name/logo in press releases sent to local and regional news outlets, and art organizations.
  • Company name/logo and link on the event page on www.galleryfortytwo.com.
  • Company name/logo and link on the event page on www.watercolorsocietyofindiana.org.
  • Inclusion on the Facebook event page of Gallery Forty-Two and Watercolor Society of Indiana.
  • Company name/logo with a link to your website in an email sent to 450+ WSI Members and Contacts.
  • Social media mentions and tags.
  • Opportunity to meet the artists & guests and have signage at the Opening Reception at Gallery Forty-Two on June 14, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

  • Name, logo or 2" x 3" ad in the Juried Exhibit full-color catalog which is given to over 260 WSI Members and is on display inside the Bret Waller Gallery at Newfields for the entire run of the show. Download full-color copies of past catalogs here: Juried Exhibit
  • Name or logo in press releases sent to local and regional news outlets, and art organizations.
  • Name or logo and link to a website on the event page on www.watercolorsocietyofindiana.org. Could be a business or artist page.
  • Inclusion on the Facebook event page of the Watercolor Society of Indiana.
  • Name or logo with a link to a website in an email sent to 450+ WSI Members and Contacts. Could be business or artist page.
  • Social media mentions and tags.
  • Opportunity to meet the artists & guests and be introduced onstage at the Opening Reception & Award Ceremony at Newfields on August 4, 2024, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

Sponsor Package 3 - WSI 2024 Combined Exhibit Sponsor Package $550. NO LONGER AVAILABLE
