Wild Women Workshop - Exploring the possibilities in making original collage is endless. Jennifer will lead you through the steps of making some basic collage and move into more extensive layers. All of this will provide you with a collection of papers to create a variety of art pieces. The class includes a variety of ways to use textural effects and create more interest in your piece. We will concentrate on Jennifer's "Wild Women" class. She provides a template of the face, so no drawing skills are required. Surprisingly, each Wild Woman will differ from everyone else’s in the workshop! "I love all of the interacting of the artists as the workshop ensues. There’s always lots of laughter and fun! I will also share ways to incorporate your collage into different art pieces. Bring your creative self and be ready for a lot of fun!" - Jennifer Stone

WILD WOMEN SUPPLY LIST

• One full sheet #300 watercolor paper, any brand OR 18 X 24 Gesso board (hard surface)
• 22 x 30 support board
• Palette paper or freezer paper and masking tape (for your palette)
• Creative Wet Strength Tissue paper no color @ CARNIVALPAPERS.COM
• 15 X 22 tracing paper 
• Acrylic paint, a variety of colors. 
• Include titanium white and carbon black
• Matte gel and an old flat brush to apply it
• Acrylic brushes, include flats and rounds
• Pop up Kleenex 
• 8 oz bottles of black and white paint. Cheap is fine
• Scissors
• Peel and stick fun foam sheets (Walmart)
• 4 quart size zip lock bags
• 4 foam pro trim rollers (Menards)
• Foam brush 3 inch
• 4 kitchen size white garbage bags. Non scented and not stretchy
• Stamps and stencils you may have
• Molding paste
• Crackle paste Deco Art one step (Hobby Lobby)
• An old credit card/hotel key card
• 1-2 packages of Hallmark white gift tissue
• 3 inch Brayer
• Fine mist water bottle
• Water containers 
• Kneaded eraser and pencil
• Carbon paper or black saral transfer paper
• Acrylic inks if you have them
• 91% rubbing alcohol 
• Black twin tip Sharpie marker
• Newspaper
• Hair dryer (WSI will bring several too).
• Large sheet of plastic to set work on to dry 
• OPTIONAL: I encourage you to bring any mark making tools of any sort. I oftentimes use watercolor pencils and Caron d’Ache crayons.
